Complete in Christ | Grace Devotional

Believers are Complete in Christ

Col 2:10 KJV

10 And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:

I do not need to compare myself to others, because I am complete in Christ.

2 Cor 10:12b

...but they measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves among themselves, are not wise.

I do not need to try to fit in with this world because this world is NOT my home and I am complete in Christ.

Col 2:8 KJV -

8 Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.

1Co 7:31 KJV -

31 And they that use this world, as not abusing it: for the fashion of this world passeth away.

My past is no longer who I am, because I am a new creature in Christ who is also complete in Christ.

2Co 5:17 KJV -

17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

I can let go of all guilt, fear, shame and self-condemnation as I walk in the Spirit because God loves me, he is always with me and I am complete in Christ.

Rom 8:1 KJV -

1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

I have purpose and meaning in my life because Christ lives in me, I can lovingly serve Him and I am complete in Him.

Col 1:27 KJV -

27 To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:

Col 3:24 KJV -

24 Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ.

I can wake up each day joyful and go to sleep every night at peace and thankful because I am God's dearly beloved, I am eternally secure in Christ and I am complete in him.

Galatians 5:22-23

22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,

23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

Rom 15:13 KJV -

13 Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.

Col 3:15 KJV -

15 And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful.

Eph 5:20 KJV -

20 Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;

I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. I can do all things through Christ which ...
