💜 God’s Word Is Truth 🩷

“Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.” — John 17:17 (KJV)  

“Rightly dividing the word of truth.” — 2 Timothy 2:15 (KJV)

God has given us something unshakable in a world that shifts daily: His Word is truth. Not contains truth. Not points toward truth. It IS truth—pure, unchanging, and authoritative.

But truth must be handled the way God instructs. Paul tells the Body of Christ to rightly divide the Word of truth. This isn’t about cutting Scripture apart; it’s about placing each part where God placed it, honoring the distinctions He built into His revelation.

🩷 Why Right Division Matters

- God’s Word is always true, but not everything in Scripture is written to us or about us.  

- Right division protects us from confusion by helping us see the difference between God’s program for Israel and His present dispensation of grace revealed through Paul.  

- When we study without right division, we mix instructions meant for different people in different times—and the result is spiritual frustration.  

- When we study with right division, Scripture opens with clarity, unity, and purpose.

Right division doesn’t diminish the Bible; it magnifies it. It allows the whole Book to harmonize exactly as God intended.

💜 A Grace-Based Confidence

When you approach Scripture knowing it is truth—and knowing how to handle it—you study with confidence instead of fear. You rest in the gospel given to Paul for today. You walk in clarity instead of contradiction. You grow in grace because you’re anchored in what God is actually doing in this dispensation.

Truth brings freedom.  

Right division brings understanding.  

Together, they bring peace.

🙏 Prayer

Father, thank You for giving me Your Word—pure, trustworthy, and unchanging. Teach me to handle it as a faithful workman, rightly dividing what You have spoken so I may walk in the truth meant for this present age of grace. Anchor my heart in clarity, not confusion, and help me grow in understanding as I rest in the gospel revealed through Paul. In Christ’s name, Amen.
