God's Got You!
God’s Got You!
God’s strength in you is not measured by how “together” you feel, but by the unchanging truth of Christ living in you. Even when life feels heavy, He holds you. He works in you. He carries you through.
Scripture (KJV)
Colossians 1:27 — “...Christ in you, the hope of glory.”
There are days when your heart feels worn thin—when frustration rises, prayers feel slow to form, and you wonder if you’re really growing at all. But here’s the truth that Mid‑Acts doctrine anchors you in: God is not asking you to “push through” in your own strength. He has already placed Christ in you, and He is the One who lives through you.
Paul never told the Body of Christ to “hang on by your own grit.” Instead, he pointed us to the mystery revealed to him—Christ living in us, empowering us, strengthening us, and steadying us even when our emotions feel fragile.
You don’t have to pretend you’re strong.
You don’t have to manufacture peace.
You don’t have to force spiritual progress.
Your life is not upheld by your performance.
Your life is upheld by His faithfulness.
When Paul faced pressure, setbacks, and deep discouragement, he didn’t deny the difficulty. But he also didn’t give up. Why? Because he knew something unshakeable:
> God’s got him.
> And God’s got you.
Even in the moments when you feel like you’re slipping, the Spirit of God is not slipping. His Word is still true. His grace is still sufficient. His presence in you is still your anchor.
Let His Word dwell in you richly. Let Christ live through you freely. Let grace carry you where your strength cannot.
You are not failing.
You are not forgotten.
You are not alone.
God’s got you—and He’s not letting go.
Prayer
Lord, thank You that Christ lives in me and strengthens me. When I feel overwhelmed or discouraged, remind me that Your grace is enough and Your presence is steady. Help me trust You, rest in You, and allow Your Word to work in me. Amen.
Journaling Prompts
1. Where have I been trying to push through in my own strength instead of resting in Christ in me?
2. What verse or truth from God’s Word can I let dwell in me today to steady my heart?
