Genesis 14:19 KJB

19And he blessed him, and said, Blessed be Abram of the most high God, possessor of heaven and earth:

The Lord Jesus Christ, who is the living word of God, the second person of the triune Godhead, created all things.

John 1:1-3 KJB
1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
2 The same was in the beginning with God.
3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

Col 1:16-17 KJB
16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:
17 And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.

The heavens and the earth, and everything in them, belong to the Lord Jesus Christ.

Psalm 89:11 KJB
“The heavens are thine, the earth also is thine: as for the world and the fulness thereof, thou hast founded them”.

The Lord Jesus Christ will also burn up this current evil world after his second coming to earth and will create a new heaven and a new earth.

Hebrews 1:10-12 KJB
"And, Thou, O Lord, in the beginning hast laid the foundation of the earth; and the heavens are the works of thine hands: they shall perish; but thou remainest; and they all shall wax old as doth a garment; and as a vesture shalt thou fold them up, and they shall be changed: but thou art the same, and thy years shall not fail.”

2 Peter 3:10 KJB
10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.

Rev 21:1 KJB
1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.
