Dear sisters in Christ, I shared on my podcasts and YouTube channel that I'm taking a break from the ministry for awhile. This will include my blogs. I injured myself accidentally when I was doing some exercises. About 3 days later major fatigue hit me. I believe I'm experiencing Post Exertional Malaise. I have chronic fatigue/fibro/neuropathy issues along with ulcerative colitis.  So, all I can do is rest as much as possible until I gain more strength and energy.
