Devotional | Finding Strength in Difficult Times

Scripture :  Psalm 28:7 "The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped: therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth; and with my song will I praise him." Life can be challenging, and difficult times can leave us feeling overwhelmed and weary. As Christian women, we can find comfort and strength in God’s promises, knowing that He is always with us, even in our darkest moments. Reflection : When we face trials, it’s easy to focus on our problems and feel discouraged. However, God invites us to shift our gaze from our circumstances to His unwavering love and faithfulness. He is our strength and shield, providing us with the courage and resilience we need to persevere. Trusting in Him allows us to find peace and hope, even when the path ahead seems uncertain. Praying for Our Leaders | Weekly Devotional

Scripture : “I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. - 1 Timothy 2:1-2 KJB As Christian women, we are called to lift up our leaders in prayer. The Apostle Paul emphasizes the importance of praying for those in authority, recognizing that their decisions impact our lives and the well-being of our communities. Reflection : Praying for our leaders can sometimes be challenging, especially when we disagree with their actions or policies. However, prayer is a powerful tool that can bring about change and transformation. When we pray for our leaders, we are asking God to guide them, give them wisdom, and help them lead with integrity and justice.
