Happy New Year!

Happy New Year Dear Sisters in Christ!

I hope that you all had a wonderful and peaceful Holiday Season. My family and I enjoyed the Holidays and I am happy that is now a New Year! I always love the New Year - fresh beginnings! My goals and intentions for this new year are basically centered mostly around my personal spiritual growth and serving others in my life more. I also have some wonderful goals for this ministry! So, next week I will begin sharing regular posts again - here is what it will look like each week:

Blog Posts (sent also in the newsletter):

Monday's - a Short Devotional to encourage you for the week.

Friday's - an inspiring article, centered mostly around Biblical Womanhood and Homemaking.

Podcasts (Available on Spotify):

Monday's - Soul Care Podcast

Wednesday's - Healthy Habits for Christian women series of podcasts

*Both are available on my "Grace Living Podcast" on Spotify.

One of my Christmas gifts was a new desk for me to do my ministry work on, as well as any artistic and creative hobbies and endeavors I might have. Previous to having this desk, I was simply using my kitchen table which made things awfully cluttered. So, I am happy to have this desk! I can now do my blogging, podcasts, journaling and other things here.

I ordered a new painting (a wrap canvas) to put over my desk area but it has not come in yet. It is Claude Monet's "Monet's Garden". I love the colors in that impressionist painting so I am looking forward to getting it!

As you can see here, I was so excited about this desk. It's great to have a little space for ourselves to do some creative things and I also can do my bible studies on this desk as well. I do have a little area near my bed with all of my bible study books because I do most of my studying in bed in the early mornings and late evenings. But the desk area is great for being on my laptop and doing my coloring and journaling too.

I wanted to also share a few things that I have been enjoying.

I really love this artwork by Valerie McKeehan - I ordered her wall calendar so that I can look at her beautiful artwork each day! CLICK HERE to see more of her artwork.

I'm also really enjoying this album by Dan Gibsons Solitudes called "Oceanside". It is very peaceful but also cheerful. I love how he adds sounds of nature to the songs as well. CLICK HERE to go listen on Spotify.

This is the day which the

LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.

- Psalm 118:24

Also, I enjoy listening to this podcast called "Thru the Bible with J. Vernon McGee". He was a great preacher/bible study teacher and has several podcasts and books as well on Amazon Kindle. I am reading his study on the Books of Joshua and Judges. CLICK HERE to listen on Spotify.

I also purchased some really beautiful Christian women's headcoverings last month that I have been wearing. I bought a beautiful pink floral headcovering from Remnants of Glory on Etsy (CLICK HERE for her shop).

And these (CLICK HERE) wide, floral headbands from Amazon as well. They are pretty and very comfortable and soft. You can stretch them out to fit over the whole top of your head. I wear them with a braided bun.

I want to also recommend subscribing to the free monthly grace bible study digest by the Berean Bible Society called "The Berean Searchlight". They will send you a print copy in the mail for free each month and they feature really great bible study articles. CLICK HERE to subscribe for free. It's a great way to start the new year!

Again, I hope that this new year brings you spiritual growth and a lot of joy and peace! I'd love to hear from you as well in the comments below!

In His Grace,

Mrs. Adrienne Jason

Finding Joy in Simplicity: Lessons from “ Little House on the Prairie ” and the Bible In today’s world, financial struggles can often feel overwhelming, but Christian women can find true happiness and contentment even in the midst of financial hardship. By drawing inspiration from the Bible and the beloved series “ Little House on the Prairie ,” we can discover how to cultivate joy and peace regardless of our economic circumstances. Biblical Foundations of Contentment The Bible offers profound wisdom on finding contentment and joy, irrespective of material wealth. I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. I can do all things through Christ which ...
